Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally. However, some countries or regions have restrictions or have blocked international shipping. Please verify that international shipping is available in your destination country before placing an order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping methods to accommodate your order size and destination.

For domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Larger Orders: For orders exceeding certain weight limits, delivery may take 7-9 business days.

For international orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Average fulfillment time is 12-20 business days.
  • Special Line Shipping: Average fulfillment time is 7-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: For urgent orders, international shipping can take 3-5 business days.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen delays. Shipping Costs

Address and Contact Information

It is important to provide accurate contact and shipping information when placing your order. If your phone number or address is incorrect or invalid, it may result in a delivery failure. Golden Ratio Clothing is not responsible for reshipping fees or refunds in such cases.

If you need to update your address or phone number before your order ships, please contact us immediately at support@goldenratioclothing.com. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of any damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to arrange for a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, it may be because of the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect or invalid shipping address provided.
  2. Missed delivery attempts by the courier.
  3. The package was unclaimed at customs (for international orders).

If your order is returned, we will notify you and hold the package in our facility. Please confirm the correct shipping address with us for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

We provide tracking information for all orders. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your delivery carrier or neighbors, as packages may be left in unexpected locations.

Golden Ratio Clothing is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If the package cannot be located, you will need to place a new order for replacement items.
