At Golden Ratio, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with your return or refund requests. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@goldenratioclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email, kindly include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue, if applicable

What Happens Next?

We aim to process all return or refund requests within 7 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items to us in their original packaging. Please note that Golden Ratio does not accept unconfirmed returns; you must receive confirmation from us before sending any items back.

Conditions for Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. We cannot accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered in any way. Additionally, Golden Ratio does not provide a freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning packages; the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the order. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

While our return policy covers most items, there are certain exceptions. The following items cannot be returned:

  • For hygiene reasons, items such as tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks
  • Sample items
  • Deliberately damaged items
  • Items sent back for return more than 7 days after the date of receipt
  • Items accurately produced according to the designs or specifications provided to Golden Ratio that the customer decides are not what they intended or no longer want
  • Items deemed unnecessary due to delayed delivery when the delay is caused by incorrect information provided to us, such as the wrong shipping address or phone number

Can I Cancel My Order Before It Arrives?

Yes, you can cancel your order under certain conditions:

  • If your order has not yet entered production, it can be canceled in its entirety.
  • If your order has entered production but has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the shipping, and the shipping fee will be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@goldenratioclothing.com as soon as possible.

Refunds for Delayed Shipping

We understand the importance of timely delivery and aim to complete the production of orders as follows:

  • Small-Volume Orders: Production is typically completed within 3-7 business days, with items shipped no later than the 8th business day from the date of payment. If you have not received any shipping information by the end of the 7th day, we will refund up to 10% of the original product price as compensation.*
  • Bulk Orders: Production is typically completed within 7-15 business days, with items shipped no later than the 16th business day from the date of payment. If you have not received any shipping information by the end of the 16th day, we will refund up to 10% of the original product price as compensation.*

*These refunds are not applicable if delays are caused by changes on the customer's side (such as design modifications, additional design requirements, incorrect addresses, etc.). Golden Ratio will determine what constitutes a relevant change.

Time Frame for Return or Exchange Requests

All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
